These include analytics, insights, consulting, loyalty, marketing, innovation and test & learn services and platforms. They enhance the value of payments, improve business performance and elevate consumer engagement for financial institutions, retail and commerce firms, processors, acquirers, fintechs, neo-banks and public-sector institutions.

Mohamed Abdelsadek is Executive Vice President of Data, Insights & Analytics at Mastercard Data & Services. He leads a global team focused on developing services and platforms that help our customers use data and insights to make smarter decisions with better outcomes, like marketing more accurately, testing and measuring initiatives, managing risk, and forecasting spend via Mastercard SpendingPulse™.
Cathy Baker
Cathy Baker is Executive Vice President, Insights & Enablement for Mastercard Data & Services. The Insights & Enablement team plays a vital role in the Data & Services organization by leading efforts to ensure we have the right infrastructure and tools to enable data-driven decisions and optimize productivity. The team provides data and analytics to allow for informed decision making, managing a fully integrated internal platform that supports sales through delivery operations, managing risk and compliance to ensure fit-for-purpose controls, and optimizing procurement processes -- all in support of Operational Excellence, Knowledge Management, and Collaboration.
Fabrizio Burlando
Fabrizio Burlando is Executive Vice President of Consulting and Innovation Services for Mastercard Data & Services, helping customers across sectors make smarter decisions with better outcomes as they prepare for a more digital future. He leads a global product team that develops and manages data-centered solutions, re-imagining and co-developing the next generation of innovations with customers in over 60 countries.
Michael Fiore
Michael Fiore is Executive Vice President of Business Integration & Expansion for Mastercard’s global Data & Services team. In this role, Michael drives the long-term growth and success of the Data & Services business by identifying opportunities to further embed services into Mastercard’s overall strategy, and by extending capabilities into new use cases. Michael oversees various strategic areas for Data & Services such as pricing, segments, new product development, M&A and partnerships and marketing.
Susan Grossman
Susan Grossman is Executive Vice President, Marketing Services for Mastercard Data & Services. Marketing Services provides customer acquisition and engagement capabilities that leverage proprietary data, analytics and technology, global marketing expertise and assets, and a global network of preferred partners to deliver end-to-end campaigns with unparalleled results.
Giorgio Manoni
Giorgio Manoni is Executive Vice President, Client Services and Co-Head of the Advisors business within Mastercard Data & Services. He leads the Client Services global team, responsible for delivering data-driven services to thousands of customers around the world. Giorgio brings over 27 years of experience to this role - leading local, regional and global teams since joining Mastercard in 2011.
Stephanie Meltzer-Paul
Stephanie Meltzer-Paul is Executive Vice President, Loyalty overseeing Merchant and Issuer Loyalty for Data & Services. She is analytical, digitally savvy and highly creative, having joined Mastercard from Inspire Brands, where she led loyalty, digital and customer relations for six well-known brands, including Dunkin’. While there, she spearheaded the most robust digital and loyalty enhancements in Dunkin’s history, with digital revenue more than doubling during her tenure. Her prior experiences include BJ’s Wholesale, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and American Express.
Eric Schneider
Eric Schneider is Executive Vice President, Advisors Business Development, and a member of the company’s Management Committee. In this role, Eric is responsible for driving business development efforts, elevating partnerships with customers around the world, and evolving distribution models across the Data & Services organization. In 2019, Eric was named Executive Vice President, Advisors Client Services at Mastercard, where he led a global team of talented professionals that brought data-driven services to customers, including analytics, insights, consulting, loyalty, marketing, innovation and Test & Learn®.
Bob Schukai
Robert Schukai (Bob) is Executive Vice President, Technology for Data & Services. He leads a global team of software engineers and technology professionals focused on agile software development and the business application of data science, delivering analytics for Mastercard customers to make smarter decisions with better outcomes. In this role, Bob provides a strategic vision for the future of the technology and infrastructure that underpin our Advisors Consulting and Loyalty product offerings, as well as contributing leadership to Mastercard’s core technology environment.
